The Governing Body has adopted a Policy of charging pupils for:
- Board and lodging costs on educational visits
- Activities outside school hours
- External examinations for which the school has not prepared the pupil during that school year
- Examinations when the pupil fails to complete the requirements or misses the examination without proper reason
- Intentional damage to school property or for losing school property
- A voluntary contribution is requested from parents when it is not possible to charge for an activity, but no pupils will be excluded from taking part when their parents cannot contribute.
- It is possible that some activities will not be held without sufficient voluntary contributions.
